Our opening hours are:
Mondays to Fridays 10am-9pm
Sat, Sun & Eve of Public Holiday 10am-7pm
Do note that this is for item collections.
All other services need to be booked prior as we are a appointment-only studio.
What modes of payment are accepted?
We accept Cash, NETS, Bank Transfer (DBS or OCBC), MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Paynow, Paylah.
Is this a female-only salon?
Yes.
Is there a basic age requirement and must I bring an identification card?
There are no age requirement but should you book a student facial, your need to be 18 and below of age.
We will need some verification documents like your identity card.
Are all your products used organic-certified?
Our products range from ECO Certified, Organic Ingredients Certified, Cruelty-free, Fair Trade and more. We strive to source, use and sell products that are of highest quality and safety.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION
How often should I get a facial treatment?
Ideally, we recommend to book a facial every 2-4 weeks. We believe in power of regular skin maintenance and one that is based on your skincare goals, type and what our therapist/aesthetician recommends.
What if I am late for my appointment?
There is a 15 mins waiting time from our therapist. Should you arrive later than that, your treatment session will be a shortened duration. Cancellations or rescheduling can be made 4 hours prior to the time of your appointment.
How do I reschedule my appointment?

I'd like to cancel my package. What should I do?
We have a strict no refund policy.
Can I share my package with a friend?
You can share your package with one other friend. We think going for beauty treatments with a friend is therapeutic too.
What is the validity duration for your packages?
All packages are valid for 1 year from the date of signing up.

I need to return a product I purchase due to a defect in packaging. What should I do?
Send an email with subject "Product Return" to [email protected].
- Tell us why you would like to return the product.
- Attach a photo of the product.
- Return the product (with its original packaging) to our store after receiving a reply from us.
