How to Book a Service at The Organic Room

Step 1: Choose Your Platform

  • Website: Visit The Organic Room website. For the smoothest experience, we recommend using Google Chrome, as Safari may have occasional payment issues.

  • Fresha App: Download the Fresha app on your smartphone (available on iOS and Android) or Fresha on Web

Step 2: Select Your Service

  • Browse through our treatments - facials, sugaring and more.

  • Tap or click on the service you wish to book. It is optional to choose an add-on.

Step 3: Pick Your Date & Time

  • Choose a preferred date and time from the available slots.

  • First-time clients will also receive a complimentary skin analysis (worth $30) with their booking.

  • Fill in your name, contact number, etc.

  • If you’re a returning client, you can log in for a faster booking process.

Step 5: Confirm & Pay

  • Select your payment method:

    • Cash

    • NETS

    • Bank Transfer (DBS or OCBC)

    • Credit/Debit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express

    • Digital Wallets: PayPal, PayNow, PayLah

  • Complete your payment to confirm your booking.

  • Payment can also be made with our in-store POS Machine

Step 6: Receive Confirmation

  • You will receive a booking confirmation via email or app notification.

  • Save this confirmation, as it contains your appointment details.

  • Payments can be made in local currency or via international cards at our POS Machine

  • Using the website on Google Chrome ensures a smoother checkout.

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • There is a 15 mins waiting time from our therapist. Should you arrive later than that, your treatment session will be a shortened duration. Cancellations or rescheduling can be made 4 hours prior to the time of your appointment.

  • Ideally, we recommend to book a facial every 2-4 weeks. We believe in power of regular skin maintenance and one that is based on your skincare goals, type and what our therapist/aesthetician recommends.

  • You can share your package with one other friend. We think going for beauty treatments with a friend is therapeutic too.

  • There is no age requirement. However, if you are booking a student facial, you must be 18 years old or below. Verification documents, such as your identity card, will be required.
