The beautiful doctor

The 1st time I met her, I didn't expect her to be so friendly. She is tall, slim and has great skin! I was in awe when I 1st set my eyes on her. 

Dr Katrina taught me a little but about how our body works and especially the spine. To be honest, I was much afraid of the unknown. You can't see what's inside. Hmm.....

My interest on health depends as I meet more and more people who are into living a more balance lifestyle. I seek knowledge and have learned more about how a person can  do what they do best and not stress themselves out trying to look good.

In life, everyone has choices to make. Our choices determines what happens to us eventually. I urge each and everyone of my friends, family and customers to take no chances and start somewhere. Don't wait till it's too late!
