In Estonia mustard baths are a traditional remedy used for the treatment of cold and stuffy nose. Minerals-rich magnesium salt and sea salt relieve tensions and tired, swollen feet. Lemongrass essential oil gives the footbath salt a nice, fresh citrus scent.

Instructions
Dissolve 2 tablespoons of salt in a bowl of warm water,and soak your feet for 15-20 minutes.
